Ground floor accommodation comprises of five bedroom suites each with its own bath or shower room, alongside a bespoke kitchen featuring top quality appliances, a wine cellar, a formal dining room as well as a spacious lounge with elegant furnishings and open fireplace. The interior extends to a vast, outdoor terrace for relaxing and dining alfresco against the backdrop of stunning landscapes. Two Master suites occupy the entire first floor, each with a private dressing room, full bathroom and 123m² sea-facing terrace. The basement houses a gymnasium with state-of-the-art equipment, spa and massage facilities, a hammam with light therapy and ice tube, alongside a further double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and an impressive home cinema.

The main villa is air conditioned and centrally heated throughout, with wifi internet connection, satellite TV, fully integrated music system and alarm. Stepping out to the gardens, the true majesty of this holiday venue can be fully experienced. Standing in some 21,000m² of fertile greenery, the villa has a wealth of external facilities including an African Lodge with two ensuite summer rooms and three cabanas with daybeds, bathrooms, terraces and hammocks. Expertly tended gardens surround a split-level infinity pool, solarium and chill-out zones, whilst a fully equipped BBQ, bar and outdoor kitchen with an impressive 96m² dining terrace provide an incomparable vantage point to nature, as does the magnificently furnished roof terrace.

Meanwhile a sumptuous Balinese bed nestles in the vineyard, side-by-side with the vibrant array of mature olive trees, vegetable gardens and tropical palms that line the paths leading to the azure blue sea. The villa also offers a children’s playground, trampoline, table tennis and watersports equipment. The estate and its grounds can be explored on foot or using one of the electronic golf-style buggies provided. This particular village with its whitewash church and cosmopolitan centre has a wonderful island ambience and is also home to the Las Dalias market. The estate is situated in an elevated rural plot with direct access to the sea just 10km from the cosmopolitan resort of Santa Eulalia with its charming promenade, picturesque beaches and variety of shops. The airport is approximately 30km away and the capital Ibiza town 25km. It enjoys easy access to Ibiza’s only golf course and all major attractions of the island. Other popular island towns and villages such as Santa Gertrudis are all just short car journeys away.

Please Note:

  • Changeover day:  Saturday
  • Check in after: 15:00pm
  • Check out before: 11:00am (not negotiable)
  • Rates above are weekly and include rental of villa, VAT, cleaning & maintenance.
  • Local Balearic Ecotax is NOT included in the rates and will be collected on arrival.
  • The services of staff included in the price: 4 housemaids, a butler, a gardener, a chef (one meal per day provided six days a week – food drinks cost not included), a driver for household needs.
  • The villa is available during the months of May, June, July, August & September. Enquiries can be made for rental periods outside of these months.
  • The damages/breakages deposit is 30,000€.
  • The rates listed above are based on up to 12 guests staying.
  • Minimum stay is 7 nights.
  • There is a damages/breakages deposit payable prior to arrival. The amount will be confirmed in writing at time of booking. This is refundable within 48 hours after departure as long as there are no breakages/damages to the villa interior or exterior.
  • Children welcome.
  • The villa can be rented with two boats but the rental cost of the boats is extra, the cost is not included in the rental cost of the villa.
  • Additional extras on request payable locally: Sacs Strider Boat Charters, concierge services, car rental, Health detox programs, spa treatments, personal coach, yoga, pilates, boxing, swimming, cycling, babysitting, Spanish lessons, dance lessons, 2 night security guards.
  • Not recommended for elderly, anyone with walking difficulty or in a wheelchair
  • Pets not allowed
  • Smokers are welcome but must smoke in outside areas.
